You will guide multidisciplinary teams, conduct complex analyses, and contribute to creating sustainable, livable, and vibrant urban environments through expert planning and design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic urban planning projects and policies.
• Conduct comprehensive site analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for development proposals.
• Prepare and present planning reports, master plans, and design guidelines to clients and regulatory bodies.
• Engage and consult with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community groups, and developers.
• Mentor and guide junior planning staff, fostering professional development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with national, provincial, and local planning legislation and policies.

Requirements
