Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage underwriting of new and renewal corporate property insurance business and facilitate facultative reinsurance.
2. Collaborate effectively with management, brokers, clients, and internal departments to promote business growth and maintain high standards.
3. Contribute to the development of company products and documentation, support marketing efforts, and foster a positive brand image.
4. Perform risk assessments, negotiate policy wordings, and monitor reinsurance placements.
5. Participate in industry events and broker visits to strengthen relationships.
6. Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• IISA Qualification or equivalent, with successful completion of RE Examination.
• Experience with African and South African brokers, reinsurers, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong networking skills.
