Qualifications

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treasury strategies, analyzing financial markets, and ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity to meet its obligations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's daily cash position, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.


• Develop and implement short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.


• Analyze market conditions and advise on investment and funding strategies.


• Monitor and manage the company's banking relationships.


• Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency exposures.


• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


• Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities.


• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems (TMS).


• Support the broader finance team on financial risk management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.


• A professional qualification such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA is a strong advantage.


• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, or banking.


• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity management, and capital markets.
