Conduct trainer-led training sessions for delegates in a classroom environment, utilizing prescribed vendor-related content to ensure successful curriculum delivery. Maintain relevant certifications, liaise with Business Units as needed, and assist Sales with subject matter queries. Provide feedback to the Training Manager regularly.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in IT, Service Desk, Governance, Security, or Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or higher
• Vendor-certified trainer in relevant technology specializations, including:
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• ITIL 4 Create, Deliver & Support
• ITIL 4 Direct, Plan & Improve
• ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value
• ITIL 4 High Velocity IT

• Deliver trainer-led sessions in a blended classroom environment, ensuring professional delivery.
• Prepare course materials and ensure functionality of training equipment.
• Stay updated with vendor requirements and certifications.
• Ensure relevance and accuracy of course content.
• Support delegates before and during training, identifying and assisting struggling learners.
• Ensure high satisfaction scores in evaluations.
• Assist sales teams with subject matter expertise and client meetings.
• Develop customized courses as needed.
• Manage classroom setup and administrative tasks.
• Deliver offsite and evening training when required.
