Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist.
• Proven expertise in a variety of massage modalities, particularly those addressing chronic pain and rehabilitation.
• Certification or demonstrable experience in wellness coaching is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.
• Conduct detailed client intake assessments to understand medical history, pain points, and wellness goals.
