Job Description

Position Summary:

Our team is looking for an experienced QA Test Manager with experience in both manual and automation testing, ideally using the TOSCA tool.

As a QA Engineer Manager - Automation, you will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of all QA deliverables. You are responsible for maintaining absolute confidentiality for all the work you will be delivering.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and executing test cases, attending project meetings, and providing relevant updates, as well as assisting the project team with their tasks.

Strong manual and automation testing skills with TOSCA knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake and execute automation projects
• Lead successful delivery of projects
• Analyze business requirements
• Script manual test cases
• Script and execute automation test cases using TOSCA
• Manage stakeholders by providing regular status updates and troubleshooting issues

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• TOSCA Automation Experience with framework developed (ideally for at least one complete application)
• TOSCA Certified professional or willingness to get certified within a month of joining
• Experience with Tosca Test suite navigation and capabilities
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, management, and execution, including business user acceptance testing oversight
• Mentoring and guiding team members
• Implementing automation testing strategies, standards, and best practices
• Strong software testing and test automation experience
• Knowledge of software testing lifecycle and automation processes
• Experience in writing detailed test cases, scripts, and results
• Knowledge of SQL and data retrieval from relational databases is a plus
• Collaborate with teams to understand and implement automation needs
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Quick learner with excellent analytical skills
