Job Description

Position Summary:

Our team is looking for an experienced QA Test Manager with experience in both manual and automation testing, ideally using the TOSCA tool.

As a QA Engineer Manager - Automation, you will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of all QA deliverables. You are responsible for maintaining absolute confidentiality for all the work you will be delivering.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and executing test cases, attending project meetings, and providing relevant updates, as well as assisting the project team with their tasks.

Strong manual and automation testing skills with TOSCA knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake automation projects and execute them
• Lead successful delivery of projects
• Analyze business requirements
• Script manual test cases
• Script and execute automation test cases using TOSCA
• Manage stakeholders by providing regular status updates and troubleshooting issues

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• TOSCA automation experience with a developed framework (ideally for at least one complete application)
• TOSCA certified professional or willing to get certified within a month of joining
• Experience with TOSCA test suite, including navigation and steering capabilities
• Hands-on experience in creating, managing, and executing test cases, and overseeing user acceptance testing
• Mentoring and guiding other team members
• Implementing automation testing strategies, script standards, and best practices
• Strong experience in software testing and test automation
• Knowledge of the software testing life cycle and automation processes
• Experience in writing detailed test cases, scripts, and documenting results
• Knowledge of SQL and data retrieval from relational databases is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with teams to understand automation needs and implement solutions
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
• Understanding of various SDLC processes, including agile development and testing
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills
