Senior Test Analyst Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be working with a team of passionate technology professionals, developing with modern technologies, and solving tough problems.

Responsibilities

1. Create and execute test plans within an agile environment
2. Manage testing throughout the SDLC
3. Map functional requirements to test cases
4. Automate manual tests for applications
5. Documentation and execution of acceptance, regression, functional, and stress testing of the system
6. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve test issues and application enhancements
7. Risk-based testing and prioritization
8. Develop Software Test Specifications, test reports, and validation protocols for unit, integration, and performance testing
9. Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project documentation to assure the quality of the products and tests to be developed
10. Ensure proper version control and configuration management
11. Design and create test scripts to address areas such as software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation
12. As a senior member of the team, the ability to provide mentorship and guidance is a must

Qualifications

1. Proven experience with tools such as SoapUI, Selenium, and JMeter is an advantage
2. Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum
3. Exposure to load or performance testing
4. Must have a 3-year IT diploma or relevant degree
