Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in telecommunications solution design and architecture.
• Strong networking, cloud, and cybersecurity knowledge; UC/CC solutions experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end telecommunications solutions, integrating various technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into viable technical proposals.
• Develop detailed solution architectures, including network diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
