Ideal candidates have 10+ years in telecom, a Master’s in a related field, and strong IP, wireless (4G/5G), cloud, and UC expertise. Travel is minimal as this is remote work.

About the Role

This is a senior-level role focused on designing and conceptualizing innovative, end-to-end telecommunications solutions for enterprise and carrier clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to define architectural blueprints, guide product development, and drive the adoption of next-generation technologies. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a dispersed, world-class engineering and sales force to shape the future of connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate comprehensive technical solutions and architectures for complex telecommunications requirements.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical strategies.
• Design and document high-level and low-level designs for voice, data, video, and mobile networks.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and services to enhance our offerings.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure architectural integrity and feasibility.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support during the pre-sales and implementation phases of projects.
• Create compelling technical presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive landscape analysis related to telecommunications infrastructure.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 5 years in a solutions architecture or senior engineering role.
• Extensive knowledge of various telecommunications domains, including IP networking, wireless (4G/5G), cloud, and unified communications.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex network solutions.
• Excellent understanding of service provider and enterprise network architectures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a remote environment.
