Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and high-performance telecommunications networks.
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps for network evolution, incorporating emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate hardware, software, and protocols for network solutions.
• Lead the technical aspects of network design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications network design and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and traffic engineering.
• Expertise in mobile network technologies (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G NR core and RAN).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, NFV, and SDN.
• Proven ability to design large-scale, complex enterprise and carrier-grade networks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior management.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools is highly desirable.
