Senior Technologist - Site - Civil Supervisor

Position Summary: The Construction Discipline Supervisor oversees construction activities within a specific work area, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget. The supervisor evaluates contractor methods and performance, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and administer construction activities, including oversight of contractors and subcontractors.
2. Ensure safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Coordinate design deliverables to support construction efficiency.
4. Manage deficiencies and non-conformance issues with the Construction Manager.
5. Maintain site administration and record-keeping as per the Construction Execution Plan.
6. Assist with estimating, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical degree/diploma or trade qualifications with supervisory experience.
• 5-10 years of onsite experience on major projects.
• Strong health and safety focus.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of EPCM project delivery model.
• Ability to interpret construction standards and operate effectively in a team environment.

This is a site-based role with extended travel to remote areas.
