• Expertise in technical troubleshooting and refrigeration equipment repairs .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and email .

Knowledge

• Understanding of customer service processes .
• Experience with repair, testing, and quoting of equipment .
• Ability to maintain tools and equipment
• Knowledge of catering equipment (advantageous).
• Familiarity with OHS regulations .
