Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technician located in the City of Cape Town. The Senior Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems including fences and guards. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, implementing security solutions, performing regular system tests and maintenance, and providing technical support and guidance to junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems
• Knowledge of the latest security technologies and trends
• Ability to conduct site assessments and implement security solutions effectively
• Excellent technical support and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians
• A relevant technical certification or diploma
• Previous experience in the security industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites as required
