Standard Bank Group in Johannesburg seeks Specialist, Technical, Structured Solutions for Global Markets Technology to scope, plan, design and deliver complex end-to-end solutions that meet standards and timelines.

You will lead, guide and oversee technical delivery, translate business requirements into tasks, engineer quality software, perform testing and troubleshoot, and mentor Software and Quality Engineers to build capability.

Qualifications

• Broad experience translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven leadership of software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Experience in Quants analysis, Market Validation and Risk Analysis.

Responsabilités

• Scope, plan, design and deliver complex end-to-end solutions against required standards and timelines.
• Direct and mentor software and Quality Engineers across delivery teams to build engineering capability.
• Define technical tasks, engineer quality software, perform end-to-end testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead workshops and reviews during iterations to demonstrate progress and drive delivery.
