About The Role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects involving telephony, satellite, fiber, and IT systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from initiation and planning to execution and completion. This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and technical oversight to ensure smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and milestones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, sales, product teams, and clients.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout project life cycles.
• Technical Implementation: Oversee rollouts in telecom, IT, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Track and control project budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal teams, clients, and leadership.
• Change & Transition Management: Ensure smooth handovers to operational teams.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Background in telecommunications, networking, military tech, or IT infrastructure. Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Experience with Change, Baseline, Configuration, and Incident Management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
