Job summary

ATS Client is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to shape the design, development, and delivery of mobile, web, and business applications. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, solution architecture, and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will lead Flutter mobile development for iOS and Android, drive secure, scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices and governance. The position requires a strong track record in leadership and modern software engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of Flutter mobile development experience.
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.

• Lead technical design, architecture, and development initiatives.
