Job Description:
As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms.
Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Technical Leads, and Software Engineers, you will help deliver high-quality mobile solutions while contributing to technical direction, engineering best practices, and long-term product success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Developing new features and enhancing existing functionality
- Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Optimising application performance, reliability, and user experience
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
- Mentoring and supporting intermediate and junior developers
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to engineering best practices
- Collaborating across front-end, back-end, product, and design teams
- Contributing to Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
- Driving software quality through testing and continuous improvement
- Staying current with emerging mobile technologies and development trends

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ of mobile application development experience
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
- Experience developing applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with Bloc, Cubit, or similar state management frameworks
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities
- Passion for building high-quality software and exceptional user experiences
- An interest in gaming would be advantageous
Qualification:
- Relevant Degree, Diploma, or equivalent software engineering experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ of professional mobile development experience
