Are you currently a Team Leader or Supervisor working in a highly regulated environment such as Call Centre / BPO / Financial Services & Insurance / Telecom / or Energy & Utilities and are ready for your next step?

Our client is looking for a people and process-driven professional who can easily adapt and apply their experience of working in a highly regulated type of environment directly into this role.

This role isn’t about selling — it’s about making the engine run smoothly behind the scenes through providing high-level administration and reporting, co-ordinating sales campaigns, providing sales support and manage aspects of compliance.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead a small team (Sales Supervisor + Broker & Agent Support)
  • Keep processes tight and teams accountable
  • Manage existing processes / Implement new processes
  • Oversee compliance, administration, reporting, and CRM analysis
  • Ensure agent vetting, onboarding, and training meets FAIS, CPD, POPIA, FICA standards
  • Work directly with the Director to support operational delivery
