Make it Good in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to own tax strategy across the business. You will work with leadership and commercial teams, shaping decisions from the outset in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

The role requires a strong tax specialist with cross-border experience, able to influence across multiple markets and entities, with a proactive approach to tax planning and risk management. Office-based with hybrid options after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Honours or Masters in tax is essential.
• 7+ years in tax, including at least 3 in a senior role within a multi-country business.
• Cross-border tax experience, including markets outside South Africa.
• Broad tax background: corporate, indirect, international, transfer pricing and employment tax.
• Strong stakeholder skills and a strong commercial sense.
• No direct reports in this role, deep specialist focus required.
