Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a high-impact, embedded solution within a global financial services client. This role will support with therecruitment across corporate functions, with a particular focus on roles that sit within risk, governance, finance, legal, and people, all critical to running a global institution.

You’ll be joining a growing workstream, shaping delivery from the ground up, and will operate as a trusted in-house partner tostakeholders across the US. If you’ve delivered in structured, high-accountability environments and know what it takes to recruit business-critical roles in financial services, this might be the opportunity for you.

Whether you're based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, you’ll be working closely with global teams, driving delivery across international markets with pace and precision.

What you will be doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate function roles, from briefing to offer, with full ownership of delivery.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the US market, providing insight-led hiring support and market guidance.
  • Designing smart, targeted sourcing strategies that include outbound search, market mapping, and use of AI-driven tools.
  • Translating hiring needs into clearly defined role profiles and go-to-market plans.
  • Running seamless, structured processes that prioritise candidate experience and client impact.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, bringing professionalism, clarity, and consistency to everything you do.
  • Navigating complex offer management processes, ensuring alignment across multiple decision-makers.

What we are looking for

  • 6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within large corporates or complex matrix environments.
  • Proven experience hiring for corporate functions within financial services or similar environments, such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance or HR.
  • Strong exposure to international markets (preferably the US) and comfort working across time zones.
  • Commercial, confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Hands-on sourcing capability, confident using outbound methods, data, and insight to drive results.
  • Curious mindset with an interest in how AI and recruitment tech can support smarter delivery.
  • Experience working in structured, fast-paced environments where delivery and quality go hand in hand.
