Required Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in 360-degree recruitment
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and client retention
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for sales and building long-term client relationships
  • Experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes within an agency environment
  • Own reliable transport is essential
