Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Degree Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle with 80% focus on recruitment operations and 20% on client engagement and business development. Candidates must have direct experience in industries such as energy, engineering, construction, mining, power stations, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients for relationship management and new business opportunities.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Must have proven experience in industries such as energy, engineering, construction, mining, power stations, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong market research and talent mapping abilities.
