Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide enterprise-class server and storage support. You will manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Azure AD Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring reliability and security across the environment.

You will lead capacity planning, patch management, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring junior team members and enforcing ITIL-aligned change processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Complete Microsoft Certifications (MCSE/MCITP)
• Storage Certification (Advantage)
• A minimum of 5 years in a technical role (design, implementation and maintenance of servers and storage)
• Knowledge of hardware platforms, converged infrastructure, networking, SAN, NAS and subsystems
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and mid-range storage, file system, cloud and virtualisation technologies
• Experience in installation, upgrade, patching of server hardware and platform software
• Experience in backup, recovery design, DR implementation, monitoring implementation, troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimization
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity governance, conditional access, RBAC and SSO

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and licensing management
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 services
• Work with vendor technical support to facilitate the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
• Participate in the design and engineering of a secure server, storage and modern workplace environment and delivery of IT projects
