PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader, driving the architecture, deployments, and evolution of our enterprise systems. This is a hands-on role where you''ll blend deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to shape scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing environments.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

Preferred Certifications : Microsoft 365 Certified : Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified : Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Proven experience in Systems Support, Systems Engineering or Enterprise Architecture roles (10+ years)

Windows AD / GPO / Hybrid expertise critical

Hands-on experience with scripting (Powershell, Bash, etc.)

Hands-on experience debugging third-party software solutions from an operating system & networking standpoint.

5+ Years experience administering Microsoft365 products
