Sabenza IT & Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Systems Developer to join a healthcare technology environment responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting business-critical applications. You will work with PHP/LAMP, SQL, and HL7/FHIR within an E-Health context to deliver integrated solutions and dashboards.

The role requires strong systems development, integration experience, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with multiple IT and clinical teams.

Competenze

• 9+ years in information systems design and development
• Experience with HL7/FHIR
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Perform systems development and enhancement of in-house health apps
• Conduct advanced business systems analysis
• Prepare dashboards and management reports
• Collaborate with team to design/develop/implement applications
• Translate complex requirements into technical solutions
