Job summary

This senior role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record in clothing/textile or protective wear manufacturing, with expertise in ERP systems and international sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• 5–6 years in senior SCM/procurement roles, manufacturing experience essential.
• Experience sourcing materials and negotiating with international suppliers.
• ERP experience (Syspro or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement and supply chain function.
• Oversee factory procurement, material planning, and inventory management.
• Source raw materials, fabrics, trims, and other production-related materials.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality and delivery standards.
• Manage freight, logistics, and storage activities.
• Forecast material demand and implement supply planning strategies.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
