Job summary

TFG is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a dynamic team across 18 brands, ensuring alignment with shipping, inventory and distribution strategies. You will collaborate with brands, supplier networks, and cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and optimize landed costs while maintaining service levels.

The role requires 7–10 years in retail supply chain with international exposure, and experience in SADC markets such as China and Bangladesh.

• 7-10 years of Retail Supply Chain experience with international focus.
• Experience in SADC: China and Bangladesh landscapes.
• Proven leadership and strategic management capability.
• Strong data analytics and supplier performance focus.
• Ability to manage end-to-end logistics and cross-brand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-brand supply chain operations across 18 brands.
• Align shipping strategies with brand requirements and lead times.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics from ports to DCs to stores.
• Implement inventory management and optimize stock levels.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
