A leading recruitment firm seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the Supply Chain Department, ensuring compliance and development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience and a relevant degree, excelling in stakeholder management to enhance operational efficiency.
The purpose of the position is to ensure effective alignment, planning, and implementation of clients' supply chain strategic, tactical, and operational plans.

Responsibilities include managing the Supply Chain Department, which encompasses process compliance, people development, and succession planning.
The role also involves developing and managing the company's relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the supplier base, enabling customer solutions across the supply chain and all geographical regions.
