Job description

The purpose of the position is to ensure effective alignment, planning, and implementation of clients' supply chain strategic, tactical, and operational plans.

The primary focus is to develop and manage the company's purchasing strategy within the constraints of a neutral working capital inventory model, warehouse capacity planning & management, while maintaining clients' inbound product standards without compromising on assured supply to the market.

Responsibilities include managing the Supply Chain Department, which encompasses process compliance, people development, and succession planning.

The role also involves developing and managing the company's relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the supplier base, enabling customer solutions across the supply chain and all geographical regions.

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 with relevant Supply Chain or Logistics related Degree (compulsory)
  • CIPS qualification advantageous
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Minimum 8 years proven leadership experience in Supply Chain Management within an FMCG or QSR environment
  • MS Office with advanced Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains and Baranton required
