This role is pivotal in analyzing and optimizing the performance of subsurface assets within the Oil & Gas domain. You will be responsible for integrating geological, geophysical, and engineering data to develop comprehensive field development plans, enhance recovery strategies, and manage production operations effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated subsurface development and exploitation strategies for oil and gas fields.
• Analyze reservoir performance, production data, and economic models to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation.
• Collaborate with geoscientists and drilling engineers to ensure alignment between subsurface understanding and operational plans.
• Utilize advanced simulation and modeling techniques to forecast production, assess risks, and evaluate development scenarios.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
