Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer/Technologist in the Western Cape, South Africa. The role requires hands-on involvement in infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on design, contract administration and team leadership.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage resources, and engage with clients to drive project ownership and growth while ensuring compliance with design codes and standards.

Competenze

• Civil/Structural Engineering degree.
• ECSA registration as Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years' verifiable post-registration experience.
• Strong design and contract administration experience from project inception through to completion.
• Proven experience leading design teams, managing resources and quality-checking technical deliverables.
• Experience mentoring junior/candidate engineers and technologists would be expected.
• Strong understanding of applicable design codes and technical standards.
• Proficiency in Master Series or Prokon, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• BIM/ACC, Revit and AutoCAD experience advantageous.
• Strong client management, project ownership and business development capability.
