Formación

• Master's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category mgmt.
• Proven track record of leading multi-year sourcing projects with financial impact.
• Deep expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship mgmt.
• Strong analytical skills for market intelligence.
• Excellent remote leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in e-sourcing tools and SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• Experience managing a global supplier base remotely; understanding trade regs.
