Senior Store Manager | Sandton | Fashion Retail Brand

Purpose of role: Centralised business development and para planning support for Financial Advisors in assistance to the senior BDM.

Ensuring each Partner supports and executes on the AW endorsed advisory processes.

Assist in growing Assets Under Management for each Advisor.

Assist in developing, activating and executing on an Advisors prospecting plans.

Responsibilities

1. Execute client endorsed advisory plans and annual reviews on behalf of the senior BDM and with the Advisors.
2. Identifying and developing client opportunities in each Advisors practice by looking at opportunities in each Advisors client database with the senior BDM.
3. Business development activation and assistance at client and road show events.
4. Monitor system usage statistics to assist back offices to work towards desired operating model and efficiencies.
5. Compare practices against one another to harness efficiencies and best practices.
6. Assisting Advisors to reach their Advisory model targets and objectives.

Personal and Company Development

1. Set goals for the year and ensure that personal training and development takes place.
2. Ensure alignment to company development.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Appropriate tertiary qualification (Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Financial Planning, Finance, Investments preferable).
2. Preferred 1-3 years experience in the Financial Services Industry.
