Senior Store Manager (Raisthorpe)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant / take-away.
2. Ensuring quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
3. Overseeing and managing stock control, purchasing, and orders.
4. Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant / take-away.
5. Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff to do so.
6. Managing staff including discipline and work rosters.
7. Working within a team and driving the restaurant / take-away forward.
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Ensuring daily opening and closing procedures are conducted at the store.
10. Implementing marketing activities to promote and incentivize at the store.
11. Managing customer service relations, including handling complaints within the required time frame.
12. Leading people management initiatives, including training programs for staff development and conducting regular structured staff meetings.
13. Leading recruitment and selection, training, and monitoring team performance to increase productivity and profitability.
14. Conducting performance evaluations of staff.

Requirements

1. Experience in restaurant and fast-food service.
2. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
3. Knowledge of GAAP + Micros systems is advantageous.
4. Management, organizational, and customer service skills.
5. Excellent verbal communication skills.
6. Problem-solving skills.
