Job description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
  2. Ensure quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
  3. Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders.
  4. Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer service levels.
  5. Maximize profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, motivating staff accordingly.
  6. Manage staff, including discipline and work rosters.
  7. Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  9. Conduct daily opening and closing procedures at the store.
  10. Implement marketing activities, including promotion and incentive programs.
  11. Handle customer service relations and ensure complaints are addressed promptly.
  12. Manage people development through training programs and regular staff meetings.
  13. Lead recruitment, selection, training, and monitor team performance to increase productivity and profitability.
  14. Evaluate staff performance regularly.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in restaurant and fast-food service.
  2. Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  3. GAAP knowledge and experience (advantageous).
  4. Management skills.
