About the Role:

We’re looking for high-performing, experiencedStore Managersto lead our Johannesburg locations. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering results. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, team management, customer experience, and meeting aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and managestore performance targetsincluding retail sales, service delivery, and client retention
• Lead and manage a team of5+ staff members, including performance reviews, training and mentorship
• Oversee and manage the store’sbooking systems and client experience flow
• Ensureexceptional customer servicestandards and build lasting client relationships
• Take ownership ofclient acquisition and retention strategies, including local marketing execution in collaboration with the marketing team at Head Office
• Managedaily operations, including opening/closing procedures, team scheduling, stock levels, and store presentation
• Implement and maintainstandard operating proceduresand ensure compliance across the team
• Monitor and analyseKPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and actioning growth strategies
• Handlestore reporting, cash-ups, and performance feedback loops
• 3+ years experiencein amanagerial role, preferably inbeauty, grooming, hospitality, or retail
• Proven track record indriving store growth, increasing revenue, and achieving set performance KPIs
• Experience managing and developing a team of5 or morestaff
• Strong organisational and operational abilities, with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Proficiency in usingbooking and POS systems
• Ability to thrive under pressure in afast-paced, target-driven environment
• A passion for people, grooming, and client satisfaction
