Job summary

Cytel Inc. seeks a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer (SAS + R) to work remotely with a sponsor-dedicated role within a pharmaceutical client setting. You will oversee CRO programmers, develop SDTM/ADaM specifications, and deliver high-quality analyses for regulatory submissions.

You will independently manage projects, maintain SAS and R programs, and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines while collaborating across internal and CRO teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Statistical Programmer experience in Biotech/Pharma clinical biometrics.
• Exceptional SAS programming and CDISC standards expertise.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM/ADaM specifications and define.xmls for studies.
• Develop SAS programs for datasets, listings, tables, and graphs.
• Review CRO deliverables and ensure timelines and quality.
• Support regulatory submissions and clinical study reports.
• Follow FDA regulations and GCP for electronic submissions.
• Contribute to standards for tools, outputs, and macros.
• Collaborate with CROs and vendors to meet project goals.
• Assist in data validation plans and SOPs.
