Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Specialist: Security Operations (Technology & Projects) to lead planning and execution of security technology upgrades, infrastructure projects, and automation initiatives at a major mining client in South Africa. Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in security technology management.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record in operational project management (scheduling, execution, business cases, and cost control).
• Declared medically fit for the position and environment via the Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre (including passing a Heat Tolerance Screening test and other required suitability assessments).
