Core Description:

Responsible for planning, managing, and directing Cisco platforms that provide company technologies, systems, and processes to customers, enabling them to gain a competitive advantage.

Manage client relationships at a senior management level and negotiate with clients. Ensure project delivery by directing activities of Specialist Engineers.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions:
  1. Manage change by reviewing design and responding to optimization changes.
  2. Monitor and control the network to ensure stability.
  3. Manage problems and support functions.
  4. Research and assess new technologies and customer needs.
  5. Monitor service levels and develop standards and specifications.
  6. Test systems and record technical details on network design, implementation plans, and capital projects.
  7. Support users and staff, attend to IMACDs (Installation, Modification, Addition, Change, Delete).
  8. Provide Network Administration and Support.
  9. Integrate Systems.
  10. Compile HLD, LLD, RCA's, Deployment Guides, and Service Designs.
  11. Evaluate Product Roadmaps and contribute to Strategy aligned with Best Practices.
