Core Description

Responsible for planning, managing, and directing Cisco platforms, providing company technologies, systems, and processes to customers to enable them to gain a competitive advantage.

Manage client relationships at a senior management level and ensure project delivery by directing activities of Specialist Engineers.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Manage change, review design, and respond to optimization changes.
• Monitor and control the network to ensure stability.
• Manage problems and support functions.
• Contribute to research and assessment of new technologies and customer needs.
• Monitor service levels and contribute to standards and specifications development.
• Test systems and document network design, implementation plans, and projects.
• Support users and staff, attend to IMACDs, and provide network administration and support.
