Job Summary

The Senior Specialist: Learning & Development provides advice and support in practice formulation and improvement tactics, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to design, implement, and drive impactful, future-focused learning strategies that empower individuals and teams to excel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related fields, with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within fast-paced environments such as banking or consulting.

Job Description

This role involves designing and delivering innovative, data-informed, learner-centric solutions that build skills and leadership capabilities, leveraging emerging technologies like Generative AI and design thinking principles to ensure learning aligns with business needs and accelerates performance.

Accountabilities
  • Provide advice and support in practice formulation and improvement tactics for learning and development.
  • Partner with HRBPs and LLD to support analysis and scoping of L&D and talent management components aligned with CIB Strategy.
  • Ensure global consistency and execution of all L&D objectives and strategies in partnership with HRBPs and LLD.
Education

Bachelor's degrees and advanced diplomas in Education, Training, and Development are required.
