JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement the Cargo business model for the group, driving the short-, medium-, and long-term strategy.

Gain insight into current market opportunities and account profiles.

Understand the needs of cargo stakeholders and develop strategies to support them.

Drive profitability and increase revenue through innovative cargo concepts in partnership with stakeholders.

Provide technical and professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.

Build, support, and maintain healthy, diverse relationships internally and externally to achieve organizational goals.

Implement remedial actions when required.

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative regulations, SOPs, operational standards, policies, and practices.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree (3 years credits) in Logistics or related field; experience in the cargo industry is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years' operational experience in logistics.
• At least 2 years' experience in logistics management.
• High level of expertise and detailed understanding of various specialist areas within logistics.
• Code B driver's license; Motor vehicle license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Package & Remuneration: Annually.
