Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Masters degree or certifications in project management / systems integration (advantageous)
  • Strong foundational IT knowledge (systems integration focus)
  • Proven commercial operations or enablement track record (8+ years)

Requirements :

  • Strong leadership experience in system enablement within Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
  • Proven expertise with CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and assurance platforms
  • Excellent communication skills able to work with exec-level and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-driven insights
  • Key Performance Areas (KPAs) :

  • Lead implementation, configuration, and integration of commercial systems across departments
