The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site installations, client interactions, and adhering to compliance standards. Essential certifications include A+ and N+, with advantageous skills in PABX, Yeastar, and 3CX systems. Education: Matric (Grade 12)
Certifications:
A+ and N+ Essential
Additional certifications in PABX, Yeastar, or 3CX Highly advantageous
Experience:
5 years in a technical field support or installation technician role
Hands-on experience with a range of hardware and software products
Drivers License: Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle Required
On-site installation and configuration of various systems and technologies
Working independently or with a team to deliver high-quality installations
Client-facing interaction during installation and support processes
Documentation and reporting of installation timelines and project scope
Adhering to health & safety and technical compliance standards
PABX systems
Yeastar
3CX
Certifications in any of the above will be a strong advantage
CCTV systems
Biometric systems
General surveillance technologies
Hikvision systems Advantageous
Preference will be given to candidates with experience at companies such as:
Daisy
BCX
Itec
Or similar ICT solution integrators or telecommunications providers
