• Takes end-to-end ownership of a service, from design to delivery and on-call.
• Works inside your repos, CI pipelines and rituals with daily standups and logged decisions.
• Ensures runbooks, canaries and reversible deployments for safe releases.
• Joins standups and rituals; you get an engineer, not a queue.
• Brings a pre-wired stack or adopts the client’s stack with observability as code.
