We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in Anaplan, particularly within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) as a base, with knowledge in Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning as an added benefit, to help our clients transform their business operations.

    Your Impact

    As a Solution Consultant/Senior Solution Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing the power of Anaplan to our diverse client base across Africa. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Strategic Engagement:Collaborate with senior executives and key stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges and demonstrate how Anaplan's solutions deliver tangible value.
    • Tailored Solutions:Design and deliver bespoke demonstrations, proof-of-concept models, and compelling presentations that directly address customer requirements.
    • Domain Expertise:Leverage your deep understanding in FP&A, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning to effectively and credibly position Anaplan's platform capabilities. While a strong foundation in FP&A is preferred, expertise in one of these domains is key.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with our various offerings within Consulting, including Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, Human Capital, Tax, Analytics, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure the delivery of integrated and effective client solutions.
    • Market Leadership:Stay current on industry trends, proactively sharing insights both internally and externally, and demonstrating thought leadership in the marketplace.

    What We're Looking For

    We welcome applications from experienced pre-sales experts who excel in any of the following domains, with a foundational understanding of FP&A:

    • FP&A Domain Expert:You possess in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, scenario modeling, and analytics.
    • Supply Chain Domain Expert:You have robust expertise in demand and supply planning, inventory management, production scheduling, supply chain analytics, and operational optimization.
    • Workforce Planning Domain Expert:You understand headcount planning, organizational design, talent forecasting, compensation modeling, and workforce analytics.
    • Your Qualifications

      • Deep Domain-Specific Expertise:
        • FP&A professionalsmust possess skills in enterprise FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning).
        • Supply Chain expertsshould demonstrate proficiency in supply/demand planning and optimization processes.
        • Workforce Planning expertsshould have an understanding of strategic workforce planning methodologies.
      • Anaplan Experience:Experience or familiarity with Anaplan, EPM/BPM software, Cloud/SaaS modeling tools, analytics platforms, or multidimensional planning technologies.
      • Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and influencing skills. The ability to simplify complex technical details into compelling business value messages is crucial.
      • Consultative Approach:A proven track record in consultative customer engagement, solution-driven problem-solving, and teamwork in matrix environments.
