Senior Solution Architect – TSOM, TOMT, TSPM & ServiceNow

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Solution Architectwith deep expertise inTSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management),TOMT (Telecom Operations Management Tool),TSPM (Telecom Service Performance Management), andServiceNowplatforms to join a dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, integrating, and optimizing complex service operations and performance management solutions, aligning IT and business goals to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture forTSOM,TOMT,TSPM, andServiceNowimplementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution requirements and roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures across multi-domain Telco environments.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration efforts with ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITSM, CSM, etc.).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Provide technical leadership across the solution delivery lifecycle, including design, build, and deployment.
• Perform impact analysis, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Telco industry regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior architects and solution designers as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong hands-on experience withServiceNow, including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Event Management, and Discovery.
• Solid understanding and implementation experience withTSOM,TOMT, andTSPMprinciples, tools, and practices.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and hybrid IT environments.
• Proficiency in integration strategies, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent architecture/governance certifications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
