Job summary

Paracon is seeking a seasoned Enterprise/ Solution Architect to drive architecture decisions, governance, and integration across a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. You will engage senior stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in architecture, TOGAF certification is advantageous, and strong expertise in APIs, SAP, Kafka, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience leading multi-vendor, enterprise transformation programmes.
• TOGAF certification highly advantageous
• CCIE-level expertise or equivalent experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture decisions, governance, integration, security, and operational excellence on a large-scale enterprise transformation programme.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align architecture with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and robust documentation across projects.

Key Requirements

8+ years' experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture

Strong Architecture Governance and Design Review experience

Integration experience across Applications, APIs, SAP, Kafka, Infrastructure, and OT environments

Strong Azure, Security, Networking, and Disaster Recovery knowledge

Experience leading multi-vendor, enterprise transformation programmes

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical leadership skills

TOGAF certification highly advantageous

CCIE-level expertise or equivalent experience advantageous
