Job summary

FullServe in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of solar project contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout. You will ensure compliance with PPPFA, B-BBEE, CIDB, and REIPPPP frameworks, coordinate with Eskom and municipalities, manage risks, and support procurement and project teams in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in solar/renewable energy or construction.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, EPC, and PPA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including EPC, PPA, and O&M contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with South African legal frameworks (PPPFA, B-BBEE, CIDB).
• Identify and mitigate risks within contractual agreements; manage variations, extensions and renewals.
