Job summary

Together Staffing group is partnering with a leading renewable energy developer to hire a Solar & BESS Design Engineer in Pretoria. You will design utility-scale Solar PV sites and large-scale BESS systems, working within a high-performance technical team.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on design experience, an electrical engineering degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, PVSyst, Helioscope, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ proven experience in the design of Solar PV sites ≥1MW and BESS systems ≥500kWh.
• Education: BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience delivering complex structural projects
• Professional registration with ECSA is advantageous
